Job description

• Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives using techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. • Facilitates the implementation of the Business Process Management System including process documentation, process measures, dashboards, reviews and improvement opportunity identification. • Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. • Deliver relevant Quality and business improvement training programs across the business. • Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. • Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
