The Branch Manager – APC is responsible for driving business performance through the Agency Partner Channel by managing partner relationships, building a strong advisor network, and ensuring consistent revenue growth and team productivity at the branch level. **2. Team Management & Capability Building** - Business Delivery - Achieve branch targets (FYP, NOP, Revenue, Active Advisors) through APC model - Drive productivity of Agency Partners and aligned FLS - Ensure month-on-month growth in business and activation metrics - Identify, onboard, and develop Agency Partners (APs) - Build strong relationships with partners to drive long-term engagement - Monitor partner-wise performance and drive accountability - Drive advisor hiring through Agency Partners - Focus on quality recruitment from key segments (CA, Teachers, Govt employees, Homemakers, etc.) - Ensure timely licensing, onboarding, and activation of advisors - Coach and mentor FLS and partners through joint field work (JFW) - Conduct regular training sessions on product pitching and objection handling - Build a high-performance and result-oriented culture
