**Roles and Responsibilities :**. - Oversee body shop maintenance, including conveyor systems, robotics, and PLC programming. - Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. **Job Requirements :** - 5-12 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry. - Strong knowledge of FANUC robots, Siemens PLCs, and welding processes (MIG/TIG). - Experience with conveyor systems, body shop maintenance, and weld shop management.
