Youll work alongside a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative team. Youll play a crucial role in delivering winning proposals that align with Alstoms strategy and commitment to Quality, Cost, and Delivery Performance (QCDP). Day-to-day, youll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as Bid Managers, Platform teams, and sub-system/product strategy owners), coordinate tender activities, and ensure compliance with Alstoms rules and processes, and much more. Youll specifically take care of managing sub-system tender budgets and ensuring the compliance of offered solutions with customer requirements, but also contribute to risk and opportunity reviews and support the transition from tender to project execution. Well look to you for: - Coordinating internal activities to identify and understand customer needs and promote Alstoms solutions - Managing the tender process, including compliance with applicable rules, ethics, safety, and quality standards - Defining and consolidating Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments for the sub-system - Overseeing requirements analysis and managing interface with bid-level teams - Organizing risk reviews and ensuring mitigation plans are in place - Maintaining traceability of tender documentation and supporting contract negotiations - Contributing to lessons learned and leveraging insights for continuous improvement **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience.
