To know more about NoBrokerHood, visit our website - https://www.nobrokerhood.com/ About the role: The Boom Barrier Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of automatic and manual boom barrier systems across residential and commercial societies. The role ensures smooth operations, timely service delivery, and customer satisfaction in line with NoBrokerHoods standards. Job Description:- Installation & Commissioning Install new boom barrier systems (manual/automatic) as per company SOPs. Configure RFID devices, sensors, control boards, and network connections for system integration. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance of deployed systems. Diagnose technical issues related to hardware, wiring, or software integration. Ensure all breakdown calls are attended to within defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Customer & Site Coordination Coordinate with Society Management / AOA for site access and issue resolution. Provide clear status updates and post-visit reports. Maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily visit reports covering installations, complaints, and AMC/CMC visit Capture and upload photos/videos of completed work in the ticketing system. Track and record spare parts usage for inventory accuracy. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety protocols and site-specific guidelines during installations and service visits. Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of electrical wiring, networking, and automation systems. Hands-on experience with RFID systems, sensors, PLCs, and gate motors. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Two-wheeler / four-wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory. Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
