In this position, the professional will engage with customers visiting the branch, understand their financial needs, and guide them toward suitable products and services. The role includes managing customer queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution, and providing accurate information on policies, procedures, and offerings. The executive will support account servicing activities, assist with documentation and onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Additional responsibilities include maintaining updated customer records, tracking service requests, identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities, and contributing to branch targets while adhering to compliance and risk guidelines. **Qualifications** - Strong customer service, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills to handle in-branch interactions effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products and processes clearly and professionally. - Basic understanding of financial services, banking or insurance products, and willingness to learn organization-specific offerings. - Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and standard office applications for customer data management and reporting. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with branch teams to achieve service and business objectives. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in customer-facing financial roles is an advantage. - Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, compliance with regulatory requirements, and respect for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
