Its AI-powered platforms further enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and customer experience. **Role Description** The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi, responsible for leading branch operations and ensuring high service quality. The role involves overseeing day-to-day logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, last-mile delivery coordination, and adherence to operational SOPs. The Branch Manager will manage and mentor branch staff, handle shift planning, and foster a safe, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment. This role also includes monitoring key performance indicators, managing costs, and driving continuous improvement in process efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will collaborate with regional and central teams on capacity planning, escalations, compliance, and implementation of new operational or technology initiatives. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong operations management and logistics skills, including experience in hub/branch management, route planning, and process optimization. - Candidates should possess people leadership skills, such as team supervision, performance management, conflict resolution, and workforce planning. - Candidates should possess customer service and stakeholder management skills, including handling escalations, maintaining SLAs, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. - Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, KPI tracking, and decision-making under time and cost constraints. - Candidates should possess basic technology and systems proficiency, with familiarity in using TMS/WMS tools, Excel or spreadsheets, and digital dashboards. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. - Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, transportation, or warehouse operations in a supervisory or managerial role is highly beneficial. - Strong communication skills in English and local languages, along with the ability to work extended hours or shifts when business needs require.
