**Roles and Responsibilities** - Lead a team of DSA/DSA managers to achieve targets and grow business through effective communication and guidance. - Develop and implement strategies for loan against property (LAP), mortgage loans, lap sales, and team handling to drive revenue growth. - Oversee daily activities of the branch office, including loan processing, underwriting, and risk management. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 7-9 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in LAP/mortgage loans/team handling. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role. - Strong understanding of DSA/DSA management principles and practices. - Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
