Branch Manager Gold Loans Location-Kanina Rewari Road Haryana Job Description - Manage **end-to-end branch operations** and ensure smooth gold loan processing. - Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve **business and collection targets**. - Handle customer acquisition, gold loan disbursal, renewals, repayments, and closures. - Ensure proper **gold valuation, security, cash management, KYC, and documentation**. - Monitor branch portfolio, collections, and customer service. - Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational guidelines. - Conduct regular team reviews and support employee performance and development. Eligibility & Experience - Graduate in any discipline. - **Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling/people management**. - Experience in **Gold Loans / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services** preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, customer handling, and target-oriented skills.
