We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the operations, sales performance, and customer service of our retail branch in Pondicherry. The ideal candidate should have strong branch management experience and a proven track record in driving business growth through cross-selling financial products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch. - Achieve business targets for deposits, loans, insurance, and other retail products. - Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize branch revenue. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to ensure optimal performance. - Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements. - Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency. - Handle customer escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly. - Conduct regular branch reviews and implement action plans to meet business objectives. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline are preferred. - 5 to 7 years of experience in Branch Management, Retail Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or related sectors. - Strong knowledge of retail products and cross-selling techniques. - Proven experience in team handling and business development. - Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills. - Ability to achieve targets and drive branch growth. **Preferred Candidate Profile:** - Candidates with stable branch management experience and strong sales acumen. - Local market knowledge of Pondicherry is preferred. - Strong customer-centric approach and leadership capabilities. **Notice Period:** Immediate joiners are preferred.
