Job description

**Role & responsibilities:** - Source and generate leads for insurance, fixed/term deposits, and mutual fund products - Cross-sell and upsell financial products to existing customers - Conduct customer meetings, financial need analysis, and product pitching - Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals - Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals - Coordinate with product teams and ensure smooth end-to-end transaction closure - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and proper documentation - Track and report sales performance and pipeline regularly
