Branch Recovery Manager Key Responsibilities • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual recovery targets for assigned branch portfolio. • Monitor delinquent accounts and take proactive measures to improve collection efficiency. • Manage collections across various buckets including Early Delinquency, Soft Collections, Hard Collections, and NPA accounts. • Lead and supervise field recovery executives and collection teams. • Coordinate with external recovery agencies and monitor their performance. • Handle high-value and critical recovery cases through negotiations and settlements. • Ensure timely resolution of overdue accounts and reduce portfolio delinquency. • Track collection performance through daily MIS and recovery reports. • Coordinate with legal teams for recovery proceedings, repossession, and settlement cases. • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices. • Address customer queries and escalations related to collections and recoveries. • Conduct portfolio reviews and implement strategies to improve asset quality. Desired Candidate Profile • Graduate in any discipline. • 4-8 years of experience in Collections/Recovery within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance or Microfinance. • Strong understanding of collection processes, delinquency management, and recovery strategies. • Experience in handling field collection teams and recovery agencies. • Good negotiation, communication, and customer management skills. • Knowledge of legal recovery procedures and compliance requirements. • Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve recovery targets.
