Branch Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** : - Generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP) products. - Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. - Source customers through DSA, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers. - Conduct market mapping to identify new business opportunities. - Ensure timely login and processing of customer files. - Coordinate with the credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing. - Monitor the loan pipeline and ensure timely disbursement. - Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to company policies. **Preferred candidate profile** - Knowledge of LAP products and mortgage lending. - Strong networking and business development skills. - Customer-focused approach. - Team handling experience will be an added advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office.
