**Location:** Mumbai (Lower Parel) **Employment Type:** Full-time **Brand:** Fashion, Luxury, Interior, Lifestyle, Cultural, Arts **What You'll Do:** - Own and lead Brand Solutions for a portfolio of **4 brands** , ensuring strategic excellence across every campaign. - Manage, mentor, and inspire a team while fostering collaboration and creative thinking. - Develop integrated campaign strategies spanning **social media, influencer marketing, content, media, digital, and experiential** . - Decode client briefs into compelling ideas that balance creativity with business objectives. - Partner with Creative, Strategy, Media, Influencer Marketing, Client Servicing, and Production teams to build impactful campaigns and pitch-winning solutions. - Create engaging pitch decks, communication frameworks, and strategic presentations that sell ideas with confidence. - Lead brainstorming sessions and champion innovative, social-first concepts that resonate with today's audiences. - Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, consumer behavior, and cultural conversations to keep brands relevant. - Ensure campaigns are delivered within scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining exceptional quality. **What We're Looking For** - 4-5 years of experience in Brand Solutions, Integrated Marketing, Strategy, or Account Planning within a digital, creative, or advertising agency. - Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. - Deep understanding of **social media marketing** and how to build integrated campaigns across digital ecosystems. - Proven experience creating pitch-winning strategies and client presentations. - Strong grasp of influencer marketing, content strategy, media planning, and digital marketing.
