Business Analyst ================ **Location** PCS CHE, Chennai **Years of Experience** 8 years **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 8 years of expertise in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. **Responsibilities** * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. * Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system designs. * Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training. * Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of business solutions. * Break down complex problems, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. **Mandatory Skills** * Requirements Gathering \& Documentation - Advanced * Data Analysis \& Visualization - Advanced * Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies - Advanced * Process Modeling, Data Mapping - Advanced * Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking. * Proficiency in Agile methodologies. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies are a plus.
