BTL Campaigns Manager

Job description

**Role:** Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) **About NoBrokerHood** NoBrokerHood, a part of NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is India's leading smart community management platform, serving 20,000+ gated societies with solutions for visitor management, maintenance, security, accounting, marketplace, and home services. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as lift/gate branding, flea markets, canopy activations, door-to-door sampling, and society campaigns. - Lead and manage a team of 45 Business Executives. - Build relationships with RWAs, secure permissions, and negotiate effectively. - Develop and manage local vendor partnerships for campaign execution. - Ensure smooth operations, logistics, and timely campaign delivery. - Track campaign performance, prepare Excel dashboards, and share reports. - Coordinate with internal teams and resolve stakeholder/client escalations. - Build strong relationships with RWAs and local communities. **Requirements** - 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, BTL Marketing, Field Sales, or Campaign Management. - Experience managing field teams. - Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Must reside in the hiring city and be fluent in the local language. - Street-smart, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
