The role includes advising on innovative approaches to enhance business agility and supporting the adoption of new technologies that drive competitive advantage. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to foster an environment of learning and adaptability, ensuring that clients can effectively respond to changing market dynamics and outperform their competitors through strategic transformation initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to perform independently and become an SME. • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business agility practices with organizational objectives. • Support the development and implementation of transformation roadmaps that enable sustainable change. • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to enhance their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. • Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors. • Experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions within complex enterprise environments. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Successfactors integrations. • Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and API management in the context of SAP Successfactors. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. • This position is based at our Gurugram office. • A 15 years full time education is required.
