Experience in CLM or contract management projects . Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Icertis, Ironclad, Conga CLM) . Requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) . Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies . Familiarity with integrations (API, Salesforce) ; Soft Skills . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities . Problem-solving and analytical thinking .
