AI & Intelligent Automation who will act as a strategic advisor and business transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their digital automation journey. The ideal candidate will identify, assess, and champion opportunities for both Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, ensuring implementations deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and strong ROI. - **Role: Business Analyst ? AI & Intelligent Automation** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 8 to 12 Years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Conduct process discovery workshops to identify automation and AI transformation opportunities. - Perform detailed As-Is and To-Be process mapping, documenting business rules, exceptions, dependencies, and workflows. - Evaluate process suitability for RPA, AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI implementations. - Identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency through automation and intelligent decision-making. - Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. - Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process Definition Documents (PDDs), and Solution Design Documents (SDDs). - Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process workflows. - Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design automation and AI solutions. - Assess opportunities for integrating AI technologies such as LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Agentic AI workflows. - Partner with automation teams to design solutions that combine AI-powered decision-making and robotic process automation. - Support implementation of enterprise automation and digital transformation initiatives. - Define business value realization frameworks for AI and automation programs. - Develop business cases and ROI models for automation and AI initiatives. - Define baseline KPIs, performance metrics, and expected business outcomes. - Conduct benefit realization reviews and track actual business impact against projected outcomes. - Monitor automation success metrics and recommend continuous improvement opportunities. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. - Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities. - Manage Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Jira tracking. - Support change management and user adoption initiatives. - Ensure solutions align with business objectives, governance standards, and compliance requirements. - Drive process standardization and automation best practices. - Maintain project documentation, process repositories, and knowledge assets. - Identify and implement opportunities for optimization across automation and AI programs. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 8-12 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Automation, or IT Consulting roles. - Strong experience in process discovery, business process analysis, and workflow design. - Proven expertise in business requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution definition. - Experience working on RPA programs using platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar technologies. - Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI workflows. - Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI-driven automation solutions. - Experience creating BRDs, PDDs, SDDs, user stories, use cases, and process models. - Proficiency with process mapping and visualization tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and BPMN tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. - Experience building business cases, ROI models, KPI frameworks, and value realization strategies. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, Jira, and modern delivery practices. - Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. - Ability to bridge business needs and technical solution implementation. - Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation and automation programs. - Strong understanding of change management and user adoption strategies. - UiPath Certi
