Be part of our team that’s scaling sustainably, thinking big, and building for the billion! **Job Title:** Business Analyst **Location:** Gurugram **What you will do:** - Proven Experience in Business and Data Analytics - Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; Exposure to BFSI customer and business data is a plus. - Able to communicate with the various stakeholders, manage tasks and issues and monitor progress to ensure the project is on track - Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau and Python. - Experience working on Databricks and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Databricks AI/BI - Genie and Dashboard) - Use of AI Coding tools like Cursor/Claude/ChatGPT is a plus. - Mentor team-mates on various business critical projects - Problem-solving skills; methodical and logical approach - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Who you are:** - 3 to 5 years in Business Analytics & Analysis - Effective data crunching and data analysis. - Solution end-to-end data analytics project automation: data prep, data pipelines, jobs and dashboard delivery. - Analyze all complex data, business logic, processes and help business take data driven decisions. - Prove to be a liaison between various teams and stakeholders in ensuring project runs smoothly and is completed and delivered within the stipulated time - Working alongside teams to establish business needs - Provide recommendations to optimize current systems and process
