In this onsite, full-time individual contributor role, you will assist with HR analytics, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation that support business-unit level people reviews, talent planning, succession inputs, and board-level HR reporting. You will work under guidance, with your outputs reviewed by a senior, and you will contribute to HR digitization and DEI tracking using structured data and reporting tools. ### Key Responsibilities - You will assist in preparing HR MIS reports and recurring dashboards for Corporate HR reviews. - You will support data validation across HRIS extracts, Excel files, and reporting templates before senior review. - You will contribute to HR analytics work that tracks talent movement, workforce trends, and leadership pipeline indicators. - You will help maintain data inputs used for talent management framework design and succession planning reviews. - You will execute under guidance on board-level HR reporting packs by compiling charts, tables, and commentary inputs. - You will support HR digitization and transformation initiatives by cleaning data and updating reporting formats. - You will assist in DEI reporting by organizing metrics, validating source data, and preparing summary views. - You will learn to work with business-unit HR stakeholders to align reporting outputs with Corporate HR requirements. ### Must-Have Skills - HR analytics - Excel reporting - Power BI dashboards - Data validation - MIS reporting - HRIS basics ### Nice-to-Have Skills - Pivot tables - Data visualization - Dashboard design - HR reporting - Power Query ### What We Offer - You will gain exposure to Corporate HR reporting and decision support at Arvind Limited in Ahmedabad. - You will build practical experience in HR analytics, dashboarding, and HRIS-based reporting. - You will work with senior HR leaders on talent, succession, and DEI data inputs. - You will join an inclusive workplace that values accountability, learning, and equal opportunity.
