**Job Purpose** 1.JOB PURPOSE (Summarize in one statement why the job exists; and how it contributes to the overall objective of the company) Business Analyst/PMO with solution design capabilities to support Lease and Mobility Technology Unit. The role involves coordinating, requirement discussion and documentation with stakeholders, solution design discussion, ensuring governance, maintaining documentation, and assisting in planning and tracking initiatives across agile and hybrid delivery models. You will act as a central point of contact for project status, reporting, and compliance across multiple teams. **Duties and Responsibilities** PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Key Responsibilities: - Requirement discussion and documentation with stakeholders - Solution design its documentation - Support the end-to-end project lifecycle in coordination with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams. - Assist in project planning, sprint tracking, and milestone monitoring using Agile/Hybrid methodologies. - Maintain project documentation including charters, timelines and performance metrics. - Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and MIS reports for senior technology and business stakeholders. - Track resource utilization, capacity planning, and project onboarding/offboarding activities. - Coordinate project governance processesstatus reviews, change requests, and audit readiness. - Collaborate with Product Owners, and Tech Leads for timely updates and delivery health tracking. - Identify risks and dependencies, and follow up with teams for mitigation and resolution **Major Challenges** Solution design its documentation **Required Qualifications and Experience** SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a)Qualifications Bachelor''s / masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM b)Work Experience 4-5 years of experience in a PMO role within a technology or IT organization. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum practices. Hands-on experience with project management tools.
