**Key Skills: Business Analyst, Dataware House, Datawarehouse, SQL, Power BI, Data Extraction** **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide expert content and professional leadership on complex business analytics assignments and projects. - Oversee analytical, quantitative, and financial cost modeling for clients across commercial and EGWP lines of business. - Develop and deliver analytics outputs using Power BI and SQL to support strategic internal and external presentations. - Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and business partners, ensuring clarity and alignment to business priorities. - Support key internal initiatives and projects, including contract compliance reviews tied to financial performance guarantees. **Skills Required:** - 5-8 years of relevant financial/analytical experience. - Business Analyst experience, including leading analytics discovery and solution definition. - Power BI for building dashboards and reporting for business stakeholders. - Data warehouse experience, including working with structured data for analytics. - Strong SQL knowledge writing complex queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Good to Have: - Data extraction experience. **Education:** BS in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or other quantitative area; MBA a plus.
