**Key Skills:** Business Analyst, Data Analysis, Core Banking, Business Analysis, Data Management **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data and analytics use cases. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in banking-related datasets. - Work with core banking stakeholders to understand processes, data flows, and reporting logic. - Define business analysis artifacts (e.g., user stories, process flows, requirement specifications) to support delivery. - Support data management activities by ensuring requirements for data quality, definitions, and governance are captured. **Skills Required:** - 7 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with data and banking domain exposure. - Business Analyst experience, including end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation. - Business Analysis skills to translate business objectives into actionable requirements. - Data Analysis capability to analyze banking data and support reporting/analytics needs. - Core Banking domain knowledge to understand banking processes and data used for analytics. Good to Have: - Data Management experience, including data definitions, quality expectations, and governance-oriented requirements. **Education:** Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
