**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst Power Platform **Experience:** 8–12 Years **Location:** Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad / Indore **Job Description** We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Business Analyst** with strong techno-functional expertise in the **Microsoft Power Platform**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SQL**, along with excellent business analysis, functional consulting, and stakeholder management skills. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver scalable Power Platform applications. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and propose effective solutions. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Work closely with development teams throughout the solution lifecycle. - Support UAT, solution validation, and successful project delivery. - Facilitate stakeholder discussions and manage business expectations. **Mandatory Skills** - 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience. - Hands-on experience with **Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse**. - Strong SQL knowledge. - Expertise in requirements gathering and functional analysis. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform implementations. - Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage. - Experience in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. **Candidate Profile** - Strong techno-functional Business Analyst with Microsoft Power Platform expertise. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to bridge business and technical teams and drive solution delivery. - Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
