Business Analyst-GTT

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to the Aviation domain, particularly in Flight Operations and Operations Control Centre (OCC) functions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of airline operational systems and business processes, and should be capable of driving requirement analysis, documentation, stakeholder coordination, feasibility assessment, and solution design across digital initiatives. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of operational areas such as Crew Management, Flight Operations, Training Planning, Manpower Planning, Fleet Planning & Tracking, and Crew Planning & Tracking. Experience in working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI-DLC is essential. Key Responsibilities • Examine and evaluate existing systems, processes, and operational workflows. • Identify, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements. • Liaise with end users and stakeholders to capture additional requirements, enhancements, and business needs. • Define business problems, business objectives, and key business requirements. • Model and restate requirements to improve clarity and alignment with business goals. • Assess requirement feasibility from technical, operational, and economic perspectives
