**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in motor insurance policies. - Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the general insurance industry. - Develop use cases and BRD documents to communicate technical specifications to development teams. **Job Requirements :** - 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the general insurance industry. - Strong understanding of FRD (Functional Requirement Document) and Use Case modeling techniques. - Experience working on Motor Insurance projects, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
