Job description

8 to 10 years as a BA in insurance IT Solid working knowledge of P&C insurance lifecycle — policy, claims, billing, reinsurance Hands-on with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or comparable ALM tooling Experience in Agile/Scrum and waterfall delivery environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Exposure to specialty lines (cyber, marine, D&O, professional indemnity) Familiarity with core systems: Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar Understanding of insurance data standards (ACORD, CSIO) API literacy — ability to read REST/OpenAPI specs CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent BA certification Experience on cloud migration or modernisation programmes Experience: 16+ years Work location: Chennai/Mumbai/Pune
