Job Description We are in search of Business Analyst to design, develop and support Micron and third-party applications. You will be responsible for partnering with our Procurement business team for all aspects of Information Technology delivery, including strategic roadmap planning, project/portfolio planning and execution, and IT operational excellence. This role will partner with our business teams to implement IT solutions that improve and streamline our business processes bringing value to the organization. The key areas of the business supported include our Procurement functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with business and leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement, build plans and business cases to achieve those improvements, and ultimately oversee the realization of those improvements by working with our various IT/delivery partners. Responsibilities and Tasks: As a member of the IT Procurement team this role will be involved in: • Analyze existing SAP MM-IM, Ariba & AI technology issues and propose short, mid and long-term solutions. • Evaluate new technologies and create proposals for their adoption based on business goals, investments, benefits and risks • Foster innovation and implement creative out-of-the-box ideas by conducting brainstorming sessions and other innovation events • Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc. Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with business and technical leaders • Ensure the stability and scalability of SAP Procurement solutions and its cross functional integration. • Good understanding of the Business Processes. • Identify as-is processes and to-be processes. • Map Business Processes to SAP. • Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes. • Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules. • Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents. • Ability to peer review documentation. • Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. • Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions. • Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment. • Performs analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' issues. • Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements. • Develops and shares reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects. • A significant contributor to work plans for components on engagements. • May lead a work stream, reviewing, and directing the work of more junior staff. • Coordinates activities between work streams and identifies changes in scope. • Ability to perform unit and performance testing on all system components • Develops solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts. • Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals. • At least one end to end implementation and configuration experience on the SAP ERP platform, with a focus on Materials Management modules. • Understanding of AI/GenAI use cases in Procurement and Supply Chain, including guided buying, spend analytics, supplier risk insights, contract intelligence, invoice automation, and exception management. • Ability to evaluate and enabling SAP/Ariba AI capabilities, such as SAP Joule, Ariba AI-assisted recommendations, intelligent approvals, and AI-driven user support. • Ability to identify automation and AI opportunities across SAP MM-IM and Ariba processes to improve cycle time, compliance, user experience, and operational efficiency. • Working knowledge of AI-assisted analytics and reporting, including use of dashboards, predictive insights, anomaly detection, and data-driven decision support for procurement operations. • Experience partnering with business and technical teams to define AI use cases, document requirements, assess feasibility, measure benefits, and support adoption. • Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including data quality, access control, privacy, security, bias awareness, and gover
