Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development and analytics teams. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support strategic decision-making. • Perform gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and track their effectiveness. • Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. • Strong proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and reporting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in data analysis, process improvement, and gap analysis. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in a fast-paced or retail/e-commerce environment. • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
