### Job Summary Business Analyst Job Title - Business Analyst FPA Department FP GBS Location Bangalore, India Company: Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) Are you passionate about turning financial data into insights that shape global business decisionsDo you thrive in a dynamic environment where your analysis directly supports affiliates across International OperationsJoin our FP GBS Bangalore team and play a key role in standardising reporting and driving smarter ways of working across Novo Nordisk. ### Role Overview The position As a Business Analyst in our FPA IO/US team, you will own the standard financial reporting that helps shape decisions across International Operations, regions and affiliates. You will partner closely with stakeholders, bring clarity to complex data, and help drive standardisation and simplification across our processes. ### Responsibilities Day-to-day, your tasks will include: - Owning weekly and monthly sales and cost reports, including analysis of key drivers of deviations against budget and forecast - Maintaining dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI - Preparing monthly performance presentations for business meetings and supporting IO and US with standard analysis files for AB/RE - Performing financial system reconciliations and providing ad-hoc analysis based on business needs - Driving process standardisation and simplification, ensuring SOPs are updated and reviewed regularly - Engaging continuously with stakeholders across IO/US and GBS to ensure business needs are addressed - Acting as a FP GBS ambassador, sharing better practices and supporting teams across the area ### Department In Finance, Legal Global Solutions, we enable Novo Nordisk to fulfil our purpose by safeguarding the business, providing corporate infrastructure, and driving value creation. We are a team of 2,300 colleagues primarily based at our headquarters in Denmark and our Global Business Services centres in India and Mexico. ### Qualifications We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with stakeholders across geographies and functions. To succeed in this role, you will bring: - A Master's degree in Finance (or equivalent) from a well-recognised institute, with a strong academic track record - 5-8 years of relevant work experience in finance, with a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles; pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage - Proficiency with PC tools and extensive knowledge of MS Office, SAP ECC and SAP BW, along with working knowledge of VBA, Excel Power BI. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear recommendations in spite of uncertainty and pressure. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in written and spoken English, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks as a self-driven team player #### Experience Level Senior Level Disclaimer : This job posting & Location has been aggregated from external source.
