**About Position:** The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Business Analyst strong SQL/database skills to support and data-driven reporting and consulting solutions - **Role: Business Analyst** - **Location: Pune/Bangalore** - **Experience: 8 to 11 yrs** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Gather and document business requirements for travel analytics and reporting. - Work with travel data sources (air/hotel/rail files). - Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze travel data. - Perform data quality checks and support ETL/data mapping activities. - Collaborate with consultants, product teams, and data engineers. - Prepare user stories, process flows, and UAT test cases. Support dashboards, client reporting, and variance analysis **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 5 to 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong SQL and database understanding. - Basic knowledge of travel industry data (PNR, ticketing, hotel, etc.). - Experience with JIRA/Confluence and business documentation. - Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
