Business Analyst, RBS ARTS (Automation Reporting and Tech Sciences)

Job description

They will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a focus to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize work. A Business Analyst will own the production and delivery of a suite of reports, dashboards and tools used by leaders to take decisions that impact customer of selling partner experience.Key job responsibilities1. Create, support and continuously improve reports and metrics that support the business operations2. Convert data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information using tools likeQuicksight/Tableau3. Shape and deliver key metrics, reports, and indicators by which our business will assess its performance4. Dive deep into large data sets to answer specific business questions using Excel, SQL and other datamanipulation languages5. Work directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis to determine improvement opportunitiesA Business Analyst will use the following tools -1. SQL (Oracle and Redshift)2. Excel Advanced VBA3. Tableau/Quicksight4. Report scheduling tools (internal)
