Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 2+ years of work analytics function of Bank/NBFC/Fintech/e-commerce Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be part of the team responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing key business and risk strategy. The candidate will contribute significantly in shaping these strategies through data analytics, data research and modeling. The candidate must have a strong command of SQL, Excel, and statistical tools such as Python, R, and Tableau. Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics - sales, PnL and risk metrics in the company product portfolio (loans) Liaison with tech and engineering team to manage decision engine, data sources to improve input coverage for models Develop, implement, and monitor portfolio for business objectives. Design and maintain ETL pipelines for seamless data processing Perform regular data crunching and analysis to identify portfolio trends, patterns, and outliers. Out of the box thinking to unlock innovative business solutions Required Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in Analytics or PnL Management roles Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and working with relational databases. Proficiency in Python, R, Tableau, and ETL tools End-End handling of business analysis from requirement gathering to insightful metrics presentation Preferred Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to present data-driven insights
