We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Business Analyst** with **4+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics domain**. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering solutions that improve supply chain efficiency, logistics operations, inventory management, and overall business performance. Required Skills - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong domain knowledge in **Supply Chain Management and Logistics**. - Experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Demand Planning. - Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process modeling. - Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Proficiency in tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Excel, SQL**. - Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT documents. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
