Experience 10+ Years Location- Onsite (Germany preferable) **Job Summary** Experienced German-speaking Business Analyst with 10+ years of professional experience and strong expertise in the Automotive or Dealer Management System (DMS) domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving successful delivery of business solutions. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both German and English and have experience working with global stakeholders, particularly in automotive retail, dealership operations, or related business environments. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements. - Conduct requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis. - Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. - Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases. - Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements and optimization opportunities. Domain Expertise (Mandatory) Automotive Domain Strong understanding of one or more of the following - Automotive retail operations - Vehicle sales lifecycle - After-sales and service management - Warranty management - Parts and inventory management - Customer relationship management (CRM) - Dealer operations and workflows - Automotive digital transformation initiatives - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. - Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or process modeling techniques. **Educational Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Soft Skills - Excellent stakeholder management skills. - Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities. - Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. - Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. - High attention to detail and organizational skills.
