Business Analyst with Product owner Gurugram location

We are seeking an experienced **Business** **Analyst** **/** **Product** **Owner** with 5+ years of experience in requirement gathering, product development, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value. - Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans. - Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery. - Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements. - Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments. - Support UAT activities and ensure business requirements are met. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project and product progress. Required Skills - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner. - Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Expertise in requirements elicitation, user story creation, and backlog management. - Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools. - Strong stakeholder and client management skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Experience in process improvement and business process modeling. - Ability to prioritize features and manage competing business demands. Preferred Skills - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, or Agile certification. - Experience working with Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, Finance, or ERP products. - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI. - Experience working in digital transformation or cloud-based product environments.
