Business Communications Trainer

Job description

We are hiring for - Must have experience as business communication trainer for at least 2 years+ - Should have exposure to NPS / C-Sat. Should be able to design training basis observations from audits and conduct independent TNAs - Supporting email and chat project is added advantage - Experience in retail is a plus - Experience in using MS Office - A2 level profile - Should be open to rotational shifts and WO - Ability to drive conversation as per client approved communication style - Should be able to bring agents upto speed on cultural nuances (UK) Intrested candidate can share cv on :zoya.inamdar@exlservice.com HR Priya :priya.sadhu@exlservice.com
