In this role, you will translate complex operational data into strategic insights for executive leadership. Your primary responsibility will be building next-generation leadership dashboards, designing high-impact CXO presentation decks, and leveraging AI-powered analytics tools. This position offers direct exposure to C-suite decision-making and requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and top-tier visual storytelling. In this role, you will translate complex operational data into strategic insights for executive leadership. **Responsibilities:** - **Executive Dashboards:** Design, build, and maintain real-time leadership dashboards tracking enterprise-wide KPIs. - **CXO Presentation Decks:** Draft high-profile PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, investor relations, and internal town halls. - **Data Synthesis:** Consolidate disparate data streams into unified, clean data structures optimized for senior leadership consumption. - **AI Tool Integration:** Implement next-generation AI tools to automate reporting, generate predictive insights, and streamline deck creation. - **Cross-Functional Liaison:** Partner with business unit heads to gather metrics, validate data integrity, and track strategic initiatives. **Required Skills :** - **Experience:** 1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a data-intensive business analyst role. - **Advanced PowerPoint:** Mastery of presentation design, storyboarding, information hierarchy, and data visualization frameworks. - **Dashboarding Mastery:** Proven experience building clean, intuitive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel frameworks. - **Next-Gen Tech:** Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis, Gamma, or Midjourney for asset creation). - **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex trends into punchy, high-level takeaways. **Qualifications** - **Education:** Bachelor’s and master's degree in business administration, HR, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
