Business Consultant - Finance \& Supply Chain Technology ======================================================== Role Overview - ------------ We are seeking a highly experienced **Business Consultant - Finance \& Supply Chain Technology** to lead and deliver large-scale Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain transformation initiatives across SAP and enterprise application ecosystems. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk oversight, and technology enablement programs that align with client business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with business executives, solution architects, delivery teams, and third-party vendors to modernize enterprise platforms, optimize operational processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes through technology-driven transformation. *** ** * ** *** Key Responsibilities - ------------------- ### Delivery \& Program Leadership * Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain transformation programs. * Manage the complete solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, design, implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget. * Drive Agile, Hybrid, and industry-standard delivery methodologies to improve execution efficiency and project outcomes. ### SAP \& Enterprise Solution Delivery * Lead implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, BlackLine, Fiori, and related enterprise applications. * Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. * Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, strategic business objectives, and industry best practices. * Provide delivery oversight across application landscapes to ensure seamless execution and adoption. ### Integration \& Digital Transformation * Oversee enterprise integration initiatives leveraging SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, middleware platforms, and related technologies. * Support cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation programs. * Ensure integration architectures are secure, scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance. * Drive modernization strategies that enhance business agility and operational effectiveness. ### Client \& Stakeholder Management * Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. * Lead governance reviews, executive status reporting, steering committee meetings, and risk management activities. * Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making across business and technology functions. * Build trusted relationships with clients and ensure alignment between business priorities and project outcomes. ### Operational Excellence \& Service Management * Drive service stability through effective incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with audit, security, governance, and regulatory requirements. * Lead release management, change management, and production support activities. * Establish operational best practices to improve service quality and business continuity. ### Resource \& Vendor Management * Coordinate cross-functional consulting teams, client resources, and third-party vendors. * Manage resource planning, allocation, capacity forecasting, and delivery dependencies. * Monitor vendor and supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual, service-level, and delivery commitments. * Optimize team utilization and delivery effectiveness across multiple workstreams. ### Consulting, Innovation \& Business Transformation * Advise clients on process optimization, automation opportunities, AI adoption, and enterprise modernization strategies. * Identify and drive initiatives to reduce technical debt, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience. * Contribute to consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and organizational best practices. * Support innovation initiatives that enable business transformation and long-term value creation. *** ** * ** *** Key Competencies - --------------- * Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain Transformation * SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, BlackLine, Fiori * Program \& Project Management * Agile \& Hybrid Delivery Methodologies * Enterprise Integration (SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, Middleware) * Cloud Migration \& Application Modernization * Stakeholder \& Executive Management * Governance, Risk \& Compliance * Service Delivery \& Operational Excellence * Vendor \& Resource Management * Process Optimization, Automation \& AI Enablement * Enterprise Consulting \& Digital Transformation **++About NTT DATA++** NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
