The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving partner engagement, conducting field activities, and generating business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities** Conduct field visits to engage with partners. Train and onboard partners on processes and best practices. Generate and nurture business leads via visits & calls. Achieve assigned sales targets. **Requirements** 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Must own a laptop. Willingness to travel for field visits. **Compensation & Benefits** Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month Performance Bonus: Incentives based on performance
