Location : UP ( Agra, Noida ) , Delhi / NCR , Punjab ( Chandigarh, Patiala, jalandhar), Haryana ( Karnal , Gurugram), J&K ( Jammu, Srinagar) **Agency Recruitment & Development** Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents; provide ongoing support and mentoring to enhance productivity and retention. **Sales Planning & Execution** Drive general insurance sales through the agency network by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies. **Training & Capability Building** Conduct regular training programs to improve agents product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance awareness, ensuring alignment with company standards. **Compliance & Reporting** Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting of business performance and agent activities.
