**Job Description:** *- Monitor sales activity for the Sales Executive team.   - Guide, train, monitor, and coach the team regularly to improve business outcomes.   - Drive Regional Sales Targets through strategic planning of sales activities and team deputation in coordination with the Regional Manager (RM).   - Conduct Branch Visits as required.   - Ensure operational excellence within the Sales Department, adhering to Regional Office (RO) guidelines.   - Coordinate marketing efforts with the team and provide proactive feedback.   - Monitor competitor activities closely and report findings.* **Specific Requirements:** *- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (excluding B-Tech); MBA preferred.   - Age: 2835 years.   - Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in the BFSI sector, including at least 1–2 years in a team handling role.   - Salary & Emoluments: Rs. 3–4 Lakhs per annum + performance-linked incentives and bonus.* **Interested candidates can share their resume at hrbsr@muthootgroup.com.**
