You’ll manage team performance, support transitions, drive operational improvements, and collaborate across functions to implement best practices and deliver business value. **Work you’ll do:** - Serve as a techno-functional automation consultant or transformation expert shaping future-ready technological architectures. - Design and implement touchless, end-to-end automated processes with minimal manual intervention. - Possess deep expertise across multiple domains, including F&A (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report), banking (KYC, credit, fraud), leasing, abstractions, and mortgage. - Ensure integration of technology solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability across various business processes. - Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, optimizing workflows across domains. **The team:** The Enterprise Operations Portfolio is a suite of offerings designed to help clients maximize value from their Finance, Supply Chain, and IT operations. By taking a holistic approach—from strategy development to process design and technology enablement—we support clients in overcoming operational challenges and managing key business functions. By integrating strategy, operational improvement, implementation, and managed services, we creatively deploy resources and drive innovation, ensuring clients achieve impactful, sustainable results at the speed demanded by today’s dynamic market. **Qualifications** **Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:** - Bring 8–12 years’ experience in transformation, tool implementation, and process improvement across industries. - Assess business needs, define transformation objectives, and deliver end-to-end solutions for large-scale initiatives. - Re-engineering processes, challenge legacy practices, and architect future-ready, scalable capabilities. - Develop automation frameworks leveraging a range of technologies; integrate GenAI to optimize workflows and drive efficiency. - Apply technology-agnostic approaches across cloud-native, low-code, and enterprise platforms, enabling flexible innovation. - Define KPIs, track transformation impact, and champion pilot programs to validate new solutions. - Lead team enablement, digital maturity journeys, and cultural change management for lasting adoption. - Establish governance frameworks, ensure robust risk controls, and embed security-by-design in all projects. - Use process mining tools to uncover bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and strategically manage reusable knowledge assets. - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and executive presence in stakeholder engagement and thought leadership settings. - Prioritize user-centric solution design, evidence-based decisions, and long-term scalability. - Experienced in collaborating with global stakeholders, driving strategic alignment and successful outcomes. - Hold PMP, Agentic AI (foundational/intermediate), and Data Mining (Levels 1–3) certifications. - Lead multidisciplinary teams in digital enablement, complex change programs, and innovative technology adoption. - Translate technology complexities into clear business value for diverse audiences. **Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:** - Certified in Generative AI at foundational, intermediate, and expert levels, showcasing advanced understanding of AI-driven transformation. **Education:** - Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any discipline **Location:** - Hyderabad **Shift Timings:** - 24\\*7 (Including night shift) - 5 days’ work from office **Our purpose** Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
