Business Executive( Off roll ) - Handling all retail Proposals referred by dealers - Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis. - Responsible for all the business activities of the dealership - To tie up & co-ordinate with Dealers for business development and maintain good rapport with all. - Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to. - Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer & Dealers. - Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases - To Ensure 100 % CD collection . - To have a complete control on NPA and overdue in all contracts . - To arrange and actively participate Sales Promotion Activities - Ensure to follow up all the taken initiatives at higher level. - Timely reporting to ABM when required - Maintaining smooth relationship with all outlets of dealers.
