**Role & responsibilities** - Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis. - Responsible for all the Refinance business activities. - To tie up & co-ordinate with local organized sector Dealers & Brokers / DSAs for Refinance business development and maintain good rapport with all. - Assisting ABM in achieving business targets of refinance vertical . - Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines for Refinance business are strictly adhered to. - Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all Refinance cases - To Ensure 100 % CD collection - To arrange and actively participate Sales Promotion Activities - Timely reporting to ABM when required - Maintaining smooth relationship with all outlets of dealers, brokers and with DSA Interested candidates may share their resumes at the email address mentioned below : **viyom.singh@mahindrafinance.com**
