Driven by technology and innovation, we’re expanding into new categories while remaining committed to improving last-mile connectivity and empowering livelihoods at scale. **About the Role** We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Finance professional responsible for transforming financial and operational data into actionable business insights. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, supporting strategic decision making through robust performance reporting, financial analysis and forecasting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where ambiguity is common, priorities evolve rapidly, and the person closest to the numbers is expected to drive clarity and business understanding. **Responsibilities** **Business Performance Insights** - Partner closely with Business, Operations, Product, Growth, and other functional teams to validate performance drivers and align on reporting outputs. - Work closely with leadership and business teams on strategic and operational decisions. - Analyse financial and operational data from multiple sources, validate data integrity, and ensure complete reconciliation across reports. - Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that provide a clear view of business performance across functions and business units. - Provide insight on key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and performance trends. **Financial & Operational KPI Tracking** - Monitor and analyse key financial and operational metrics including revenue, costs, margins, contribution profitability, unit economics, and operational KPIs. - Track performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key drivers of variances and emerging trends. **Qualifications** - MBA (Finance) would be preferred, equivalent qualification may also be considered. - 4-6 years of post-qualification experience. - Experience in business performance reporting within a high-growth startup, technology, consumer internet, mobility, logistics, or e-commerce environment. - Startup mindset with bias for action.
