Business Finance - Lead FP&A for a one or multiple business/product lines - Act as strategic advisor to business leadership, driving profitable growth and value creation. - Drive data-driven decision-making through actionable insights, forecasting, and performance analytics. - Champion finance transformation, digitization, simplification, and process excellence initiatives. - Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across business operations. - Own end-to-end business finance support and overall P&L stewardship for the business. - Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and support in long-range financial planning processes. - Deliver monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and executive management insights. - Partner with leadership teams to achieve revenue and profitability. - Guide team in evaluation of investments, capital expenditure proposals, and new product business cases. - Drive pricing, margin enhancement, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives. - Develop advanced financial models supporting strategic and operational decision-making. - Guide teams in finance transformation programs, analytics deployment, and digital finance solutions, etc. - Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, statutory compliance, and governance standards. - Coordinate business reviews and financial presentations for senior leadership forums. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business performance and execution discipline. - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing business finance team. - Foster collaboration across finance, commercial, supply chain and R&D teams. - Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence strategic business decisions. - Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. - Lead change management initiatives supporting organizational and finance transformation objectives. - Chartered Accountant mandatory, MBA Finance from a reputed institution preferred. - Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within multinational organizations. - Strong experience in business finance, FP&A, and commercial finance partnering and good knowledge of standard products manufacturing set-up. - Experience supporting product development, engineering, or R&D-intensive environments preferred will be an added advantage. - Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business analytics and driving cost leadership culture. - Strong exposure to governance/compliance, accounting, audits, and internal control frameworks. - Track record of leading finance digitalization and transformation initiatives. - Experience managing diverse teams and influencing senior business stakeholders. - Strategic thinking with strong commercial and business acumen. - Exceptional analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. - Curiosity, learning agility, and continuous improvement mindset. - Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and performance management expertise. - Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities. - High integrity, ownership mindset, and commitment to governance excellence. - Ability to lead change and thrive in dynamic business environments.
