If working in an environment that encourages you to innovate and excel, not just in professional but personal life, interests you- you would enjoy your career with Quantiphi! ### **Financial Planning & Forecasting** - Drive annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and rolling forecasts. - Build and maintain revenue, margin, and cost forecasts. - Identify risks and opportunities against plan and provide mitigation strategies. - Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. ### **Business Performance Management** - Monitor key financial metrics including revenue, gross margin, utilization, and profitability. - Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR). - Analyze business trends, variances, and performance drivers. - Provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes. ### **Revenue & Deal Support** - Partner with sales and delivery teams on deal reviews, pricing analysis, and margin validation. - Track pipeline conversion, revenue realization, and account-level performance. - Evaluate deal profitability and commercial terms. - Support growth planning through revenue analytics. ### **Strategic Business Partnering** - Work with business leaders to support strategic decision-making. - Develop business cases for investments, hiring, and new initiatives. - Provide financial modeling for new opportunities and expansion plans. - Drive accountability on financial targets. ### **Governance & Controls** - Ensure compliance with financial policies and processes. - Support accruals, revenue recognition, and cost allocations. - Improve reporting accuracy and financial discipline. - Partner with controllership for monthly closures. ### **Reporting & Analytics** - Develop management dashboards and financial MIS. - Automate and improve reporting processes. - Provide visibility into bookings, backlog, forecast, and revenue conversion. - Build account-level profitability and customer analytics. *If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us**!*
