Ideal Candidate: • Strong experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing environment. • Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing, and profitability analysis. • Ability to drive cost optimization and provide actionable financial insights to business leaders. • Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor finance professionals. • Ability to drive financial governance, process improvements, and reporting excellence. Responsibilities: • Serve as the key bridge between the business and finance teams, enabling informed financial and operational decision-making. • Partner with business and plant leadership to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and financial performance. • Own the Business P&L by monitoring key financial levers, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reviews while ensuring effective budget controls. • Drive cost management initiatives by monitoring manufacturing, operational, and overhead costs and identifying optimization opportunities. • Lead product and plant costing activities, ensuring accurate standard costing, overhead allocation, inventory valuation, and cost analysis. • Support product pricing decisions by evaluating cost structures, margins, and profitability to ensure commercial viability. • Review and evaluate customer and revenue agreements from a financial perspective, assessing pricing, commercial terms, profitability, and associated risks. • Analyze cost variances, material consumption, and production efficiencies to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop financial models and business cases for new products, capital investments, and strategic initiatives. • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for business and senior leadership. • Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Commercial teams to improve profitability and working capital. • Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls across manufacturing operations. • Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Drive process improvements and standardization across finance processes and reporting. Qualifications: • CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification. • 6–8+ years of experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of product costing, plant costing, pricing, budgeting, P&L management, and manufacturing finance. • Proven experience leading and developing finance teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
